    1. Services

    Little Learners Media, a subsidiary of Werket Pty Ltd (ABN 16 671 551 867), provides professional photography and video production services for childcare centers across Australia.

    2. Booking and Payment

    100% payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and offer payment plans for larger packages.

    3. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled shoot date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is available subject to availability.

    4. Content Rights

    Upon full payment, you receive full commercial usage rights for all photos and videos delivered. This includes the right to use content across your website, social media, print materials, and advertising without additional licensing fees.

    Little Learners Media retains the right to use content in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    5. Child Photography

    All photographs and videos featuring children require appropriate parental consent. The center is responsible for obtaining and maintaining consent forms. We provide template consent forms upon request.

    6. Delivery

    Standard delivery times are:

    • Photo shoots: 5-7 business days
    • Photos + Reel: 7-10 business days
    • Full Video Tour: 10-14 business days

    Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

    7. Revisions

    One round of minor revisions is included with all packages. This covers adjustments to editing, color grading, or video cuts. Additional revision rounds or major changes may incur additional fees.

    8. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

    If outdoor shoots are affected by weather, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the shoot, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a full refund.

    9. Liability

    Little Learners Media is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
